How to help and communicate with this site:

Ways that you can help change the direction of BCBSMA:
If you are a client of therapy and do not wish to participate in the TOP, tell your therapist that you do not wish to participate. Consider writing a letter to BCBSMA (copy us). Do not assume that they cannot be influenced. They must be able to attract customers, and customers may not be pleased about the TOP and the data it collects. (See the questions about data privacy)
You can express your sentiments to BCBSMA by writing (copy us) to:

See if you can find an editor / reporter to cover the TOP story. Write a letter to the editor (copy us). Write an article for your newspaper or professional journal. Contact professional organizations and ask them to take action.
For this web site, we could use editing help, in depth sections about ethics, methodology, the TOP as an instrument, privacy, the therapy relationship, insurance company impingement in therapy, financial interests, mental health when seen in a disease model, the experience of therapists doing the TOP for MBHP, (others?), links to other organizations, other relevant writings, research, books, articles, organizations, and web links as well as other ideas, disagreements, corrections, and other points of view.
Massachusetts Behavioral Health Partnership (MBHP) has forced therapists to use the TOP for several years. We would like to include their experience and assessment of the TOP on this site.
